Meet Laura Su

(Bachelor’s of Exercise Science, NSCA-CSCS, USAW-L1, RPR L1, Pn1, GGS L1)

I fell in love with fitness in high school and want to help others do the same. 

Hi! I’m Laura. I’m a strength coach, nutrition coach, powerlifter, entrepreneur, and dog and horse mom. I love getting people acquainted with the barbell, whether to just get stronger or compete in their first powerlifting meet! And helping them unlearn the toxic messaging that the fitness and nutrition industry has been feeding them for so long. I love to help people learn the freedom that comes along with learning about how their bodies work and respond to exercise and food. 

I want to help you get stronger, eat more, and feel confident in the body you have.

Remote Powerlifting Coaching

Individualized training for recreational or competitive powerlifters. Whether you’ve competed already or want to do your first meet, I want to help you get stronger and improve the execution of your lifts. We’ll start with a consultation call (30-60 minutes) to go over your training history, goals, current numbers, and training split. Remote Coaching includes weekly check-ins, real time program updates, and 24/7 communication with your coach.
